My Letter to Queen Elizabeth II
I heard the sad news of your passing today. Though the news have constantly mentioned your health issues from time to time, your passing today felt sudden to me.
I have only known you as the English monarch ever since I was a little girl. You have been our Canadian head of state for 70 years, a feat non parallel.
I guess change is never easy and me and the rest of your subjects will have to adapt accordingly.
You accepted the monarchy job, took it head-on and never looked back. You performed the job as Queen seriously and exuded class and respect, not only in the United Kingdom but also to the rest of the world.
I am sure that wherever you are now with your late husband Prince Phillip, that you will be humbly surprised by all the platitudes that are now poring in for you.
You deserve it, Your Majesty!
Thank you for your service and Godspeed!
I was so heartbroken by the Queen’s passing……Even though we knew it was coming, it was still hard to hear. Thank you for your post regarding this beloved monarch who will be deeply missed!
You are welcome.
My comment is not about the Queen, may she rest in peace, but about you. I was away from my blog for quite some time, and when I came back, you were still here, supporting. I wanted to drop you a line and let you know that I appreciate you!
Thank you. God bless!
RIP Queen Elizabeth II, you will be missed.

For Canada and so many nations akin to the UK there is much sentiment felt at the passing of Queen Elizabeth. Your tribute is highly respectful! ♥️♥️♥️♥️
Thank you. Queen Elizabeth II ‘s persona touched everyone’s hearts.
Yes, her life has seen and witnessed big, historical transformations and through it all, she maintained her regal demeanor. 👑
She was a living piece of history herself. (❁´◡`❁)
Every human being is a living piece of history not just Famous people
The English people England in particular has done a lot through history to try to overturn America through two wars and also the Civil War if you will study your history you will find out that England never really been a friend to America as much as a claims
I do not brag on England because England tried to overthrow America in 1776 won our independence Again in 1812 they tried it again through the Civil War time check your history and you’ll find out I’m right
All true, and then they came back during the 1960s British Invasion, rocking our music. 🤔 America and the British are basically the same people that had a spat over landlords and taxations.
Thank you much are you really appreciate that my friend
You are welcome.
Indeed she deserves this outpour of affection & adoration. A truly special woman.
